Best aspects of this hotel were the friendly front desk staff who made my birthday special, the spacious and stylish rooms, and the convenient location near local attractions and venues. The hotel's décor was chic and modern, creating a enjoyable atmosphere. The proximity to the Comerica Theater was a pleasant surprise, making it easy for me and my wife to attend a show.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything from great restaurants to underground speakeasy bars. The lobby/bar area was beautiful and had a convenient Starbucks right there. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service, from the helpful and friendly front desk staff to the attentive room service. The room itself was amazing, as we were upgraded to a spacious executive suite with a comfortable king-size bed, plenty of storage space, and a large bathroom with an adjustable shower head. The hotel also had covered parking available with unlimited in/out privileges.
No hot water in our initial room, but the issue was promptly resolved by the manager, who upgraded us to a room with hot water.
The WiFi was unfortunately not included and had a daily fee, which seemed a bit excessive in today's time.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The proximity to the event I attended was perfect. The staff was friendly and the lobby and hallway were modern and inviting. The room was spacious and the bed and linens were extremely comfortable. I also loved the fact that there was a roof deck area, which would be great for receptions. the location of this hotel and the convenience of the event being in the hotel itself were major highlights.

Additionally, the location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to the venues where I had events planned. I also appreciated the smart TV in the room, which allowed me to easily access YouTube and other online content.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and attend the Paul McCartney concert at Us Airways Center. The lobby and hallways had a modern and chic decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a tranquil quality. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The concierge helped us plan our sightseeing and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a birthday card for my special day. The restaurant at the hotel offered delicious food, and we enjoyed spending time at the well-used hotel bar.
